(David Higgins) The bowl fragment dates from around 1870-1920 and may well represent some group or organisation from the country who used the white horse of Kent as their symbol. But I am not sure what the initials would have been - there may well have also been two more on the other side.

(David Higgins) The stem would have been produced by Elizabeth Spaull of 67 Grange Walk, Bermondsey, SE, where she is recorded from c1907 until at least 1914.
